Spyro reveals heartbreak behind delayed Canadian tour
Nigerian artist Oludipe Oluwasanmi, widely known as Spyro, shared a personal revelation regarding the delay of his Canadian tour, shedding light on a painful heartbreak involving a Canadian woman.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, May 23, 2024, Spyro candidly narrated his emotional journey, disclosing that he had been on the brink of proposing before the relationship abruptly ended.
The breakup, as Spyro recounted, stemmed from a seemingly innocuous incident where a female fan pecked him, causing misunderstandings with his then-girlfriend. This episode left him nursing deep wounds and harboring negative sentiments towards Canada.
Nevertheless, Spyro disclosed that he has found solace and healing, partly through guidance from his pastor. He expressed his eagerness to embark on his tour, highlighting its significance not only for performing but also for finding solace and beauty amidst his past heartache.
As he prepares for his performances starting from June 14, 2024, Spyro offered advice to his female fans, encouraging them to dress attractively yet modestly. Additionally, he pledged to perform without sunglasses to ensure clear visibility and perhaps discover his “missing rib” among the audience.
