Spotify Unveils Top 10 Most Streamed Afrobeats Songs Of All-time

World’s most popular music streaming platform, Spotify has revealed the top 10 most streamed Afrobeats songs of all time on its platform.

Spotify released a list of the top 10 Afrobeats songs of all time on Thursday, July 7. The top ten songs on the platform by stream volume were listed.

‘Calm Down‘ by Rema, featuring Selena Gomez, has received the most Spotify streams of any Afrobeats song. The second and third most streamed songs on the service are two versions of CKay’s “Love Nwantiti.”

Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ (original version) sits at number four while Libianca’s ‘People’ sits at number five. Burna Boy appeared behind Libianca with ‘Last Last’, and also made a second appearance with ‘On The Low’.

In meantime, Burna Boy, a Grammy Award winner, is the most streamed Afrobeats artist ever on Spotify. This is plausible given that the talented musician has sales figures from popular songs like Last Last, On the Low, and many others to support this achievement.

The list released by Spotify reveals the 10 most streamed Afrobeats stars on the platform in history. The full list consists of stars such as Wizkid, Rema, Omah Lay, Fireboy DML and many more.
