The court ruled over by Emmanuel Essandoh has ordered the prosecutor to release the phones of Shatta Wale and his associates when they were arrested back in October.
Shatta Wale was granted self-recognizance bail two weeks ago, while the three others were bailed for ¢100,000 with two sureties each.
The self-proclaimed dancehall king, Charles Nii Armah Mensah turned himself in after the police declared him wanted.

However, when he appeared in court on October 21, he pleaded not guilty to the allegation of providing false news and causing fear and panic.
Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Shatta Wale was arrested on Monday, October 18, 2021, and was imprisoned in the Ankaful prison for one week for spreading false information and inciting fear and terror.
After being released from prison, the self-proclaimed dancehall king stated that he would release a song called ‘Jail Man,’ which he did on November 5th, 2021.
