    Ghanaian dancehall singer, Shatta Wale has explained why the Ghanaian music industry is an embarrassment to the entire globe.

    Shatta Wale claims that even if Ghanaians have new artists who are greater than Jay Z, the nation is a foolish place with ignorant entertainment industry professionals because they do not keep up with the times.

    In a tweet that he shared, Wale made the assertion and said that the internet had made him famous.

    He tweeted;

    “Everyday Ghanaians have new artiste who is bigger than Jay Z, foolish country with foolish entertainment people. Meh you people sit there and don’t follow the time.

    “Internet made me and am proud to say this…. Ghana music itself is a disgrace to the world…Foolish talks”

    In other news, Sarkodie has opened up on his long-term beef with Shatta Wale, stating that the dancehall singer insults him without provocation.

    Sarkodie made the statements while appearing in an episode of “Podcast and Chill with MACG” in South Africa, saying that he has lost count of the number of times Shatta Wale has attacked him verbally.

    He however admitted that Shatta Wale brought so much energy into the Ghanaian music scene.

    Not too long ago, Shatta Wale bashed his colleagues; Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Ponobiom and Black Sherif in a self-recorded video for no apparent reason.
