Seun Kuti Leaves Nigeria For Switzerland To Begin Summer Tour Of Europe.
Famous Afrobeats musician, Oluseun Anikulapo Kuti, known as Seun Kuti, has travelled from Nigeria to Switzerland to begin his summer tour in Europe.
Recall, Mp3bullet reported that Seun was charged with assaulting a police officer, a violation of Section 356 of the Criminal Code Act. The singer was granted bail on May 16, 2023, but he wasn’t released until May 23, 2023. This is despite Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun’s order for police to finish their investigation within 48 hours.
As soon as he was out on bond from jail, he posted on his Instagram account to thank his defence lawyer, his family and loved ones for their support while he was being held. He went on to drop a cryptic acronym, which he asked his fans to decipher. See the post below:

Seun Kuti was captured at the Murtala International Airport in Lagos shortly after his release as he was departing Nigeria to start his European Summer Tour. According to reports, he is on his way to Switzerland, where the tour will officially begin.
