Youssou N’dour hails Burna Boy over his sold-out Madison Square Graden show.
Senegalese Legend, Youssou N’Dour is extremely pleased for Burna Boy as the Nigerian Superstar made history at Madison Square Garden yesterday night.
On the 28th of April, Burna Boy headlined Madison Square Garden for the first time and the event drew positive reviews from all corners of the world.
Youssou joined the throngs of people who took to social media to praise the African Giant over the vent.
The Senegalese artist came to Twitter to congratulate the Nigerian singer for selling out Madison Square Garden in New York, where he performed some of his hit songs, a new one, and choreographed performances and dances, featuring flawless transitions that drew praise from his contemporaries.
Celebrating this feat, N’Dour wrote on his Twitter:
“Epic…History… Amazing Night. Wow Wow Wow YOU DID IT.”

N’dour had collaborated with Burna Boy on the “Level Up” which is off Burna’s 2020 album, “Twice as Tall‘.
The album would go on to win a Grammy in 2021 making it the first Nigerian Album to do so.
