Following the news of Messi leaving Barcelona, DJ Cuppy promised to give millions of naira to sports blogger, Kelechi if Messi signs to Arsenal.
Messi is said to have departed Barcelona after officials refused to satisfy his demands, prompting Kelechi, a prominent sports blogger, to wonder whether Arsenal fans are permitted to fantasise about seeing Messi play for the Gunners.
