Initiated by Ultima Studios, the creators of the renowned Project Fame, which has played a significant role in nurturing talents like Chidinma, Chike, Iyanya, and Niniola, the “Next Afrobeats Star” aims to showcase a multitude of emerging stars.
The program spans six months, concluding in June, during which participants will be gradually narrowed down to the final 12 contestants. Ultimately, the viewers will have the power to select the winner of this musical reality competition.
CEO of Ultima Studios Femi Ayeni said, “We are not just going to create just one star; the experience, with the skills, the knowledge of Sarz, Puffy Tee, Andre Vibes, and P. Prime, and we will make many stars who will be exporting something out of Africa. You know, when you export, you are earning dollars”.
