Ghanaian rapper and songwriter Michael Owusu Addo, known professionally as Sarkodie, has revealed how he was able to win his first BET Award.
The renowned musician made this in a recent submission when he appeared on ‘Podcast and Chill with MACG’ in South Africa.
He claimed that his fans aggressively pressured him to win the award and that the BET had confirmed that his fans were indeed aggressive.

In other news, The rapper has been billed to perform at the first-ever “Afrobeats Festival” in Berlin, Germany.
The “Afrobeats Festival” will take place live in Berlin, Germany’s capital city on Saturday 9th July 2022.
The rapper announced the news on social media, pledging to dazzle Berlin residents with captivating performances of some of his hit songs.
In addition, He is set to thrill his fans and music lovers with new music after a long time. After a long period of not releasing a single song, the rapper is currently planning to bless his fans’ speakers with a new jam.
This comes after many of his fans reached out to him on social media to demand a new song after the rapper’s #NoPressure Album was released and he had yet to release another project.
