Ruger shares mind-blowing testimony of how he saw God during crossover service
Nigerian artist Ruger shared a deeply emotional testimony about his encounter with God during a watch-night crossover service on 31 December at a Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Lagos State.
While addressing the congregation, Ruger revealed that the experience moved him to tears—a profound moment he had not experienced in over four years.
In his testimony, Ruger expressed immense gratitude for the opportunity to reconnect with his faith and thanked God for his life and journey.
The singer shared: “Today, my manager called me that I had a show tonight. I asked him to cancel it. I don’t care. In 2021, I was in church for the crossover, but in 2022 and 2023, I couldn’t because I was out of the country. I haven’t cried in four years, but I saw God today, and I cried. I thank God for my life, everybody, and everyone that nurtured me in this church.”
The testimony highlighted Ruger’s decision to prioritize his spiritual renewal over professional obligations, resonating deeply with many who praised him for sharing such a personal and heartfelt moment.
This public expression of faith underscores a significant moment in Ruger’s life, inspiring fans and followers to reflect on their journeys of gratitude and connection with God.
