Ruger announces two new songs as compensation for letting fans listen to ‘noise’.
Nigerian dancehall musician Ruger announced that he will be making up for the delay in releasing a new single by releasing two songs, “Red Flags” and “Asiwaju.”
Red Flags was originally scheduled for release on Friday, 4th November 2022 but was postponed alongside projects like Wizkid’s More Love Less Ego in response to the loss of Davido and Chioma’s son, Ifeanyi.
According to a post on his Instagram story, Ruger decided to push back the release over what he described as an unsuitable time for the release.
In the post, he wrote: “RED FLAGS was scheduled to be out tomorrow but I have decided to push the release date further coz this is not actually the best time for its release. I’ll announce a new date next week when the whole team has decided. I love you guys so much and I appreciate you all for looking out for me.”
