Anita Okoye, the estranged wife of Nigerian music star Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has demanded that he pay spousal support of $15,000 (N7.8 million) per month.
This is one of the demands she made in her petition to an Abuja High Court.
“Payment of a monthly maintenance sum of $15,000.00 (US Dollars) for the general welfare, education and health of the three children of the union who are presently in schools in the United States of America until they are of age,” part of the document read.
On Friday, August 20, 2021, news of the celebrity couple’s separation broke.
Anita has requested the dissolution of their marriage in a court document sighted by Mp3bullet.ng.
In the legal document, she also advised her now-divorced husband to challenge the petition if he was dissatisfied.
Anita sparked divorce rumours in April when it was revealed that she had relocated to the United States of America with their three children.

Anita and Paul, who were university sweethearts, married in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Port Harcourt in 2014.
They had their first child, Andre, the previous year. Nadia and Nathan, their twins, were born in 2017.
