Barbadian singer and businesswoman Robyn Rihanna Fenty has impressed fans by learning how to speak a bit of Yoruba, one of Nigeria’s native languages.
In a video shared on Instagram by UK-based makeup artist Damilola Adejonwo, also known as Senorfenty, Rihanna was seen practicing her Yoruba skills during a Fenty event.
In the clip, Senorfenty is heard teaching the superstar how to say “Mo wa pa,” which translates to “I’m fine” in English. Rihanna enthusiastically repeated the phrase, delighting her fans with her effort to embrace the Nigerian language.
