Rihanna returned to where it all began, the warm shores of Barbados, and she didn’t come empty-handed.
To celebrate her island nation’s 59th Independence Day, the global pop icon treated fans to a set of never-before-seen bikini photos from her pregnancies, each one capturing a tender piece of her journey into motherhood.
Now 37 and a proud mother of three, Rihanna shared the photos on Instagram during her visit home. In one of the shots, a glowing, pregnant Rihanna floats effortlessly in the Caribbean Sea, dressed in a bikini, sipping coconut water like a true island girl.
Another photo melts hearts even more — her son, Riot Rose Mayers, digging into a bowl of fresh fruit with the happiest toddler grin.
Her caption was a love letter to the land that raised her:
“Congratulations to Barbados, MY HOME, on our 59th year of Independence and our 4th year as a Republic! Barbados I LOVE YOU!!!!”
She didn’t stop there. Rihanna also celebrated the installation of Barbados’ second President, Lt. Col. Jeffrey Bostic, and gave a nod of respect to Prime Minister Mia Mottley.
Rihanna and her husband A$AP Rocky, who are building one of the internet’s favorite celebrity families, share three children:

- and Rocki Irish Mayers, their newborn daughter.
Her third pregnancy first made headlines at the Met Gala in May 2025, when A$AP Rocky revealed he was praying for a baby girl. Now that dream has come true.
