Nigerian versatile musician, singer, rapper, and songwriter Remilekun Khalid Safaru, known by his stage names Reminisce and Alaga Ibile, has explained why he appointed someone else as the Chief Executive Officer of his sports agency company.
The rapper decided to appoint a CEO to oversee the business because people don’t take musicians seriously.
In his word he said:
“I had to appoint someone really close to me because people don’t take musicians seriously.
“I looked for someone who could handle it and appointed him CEO. We run it together basically and it’s not been bad as we’ve worked with a lot of big names and I have my own football show on radio because I didn’t want to be idle. It’s an avenue for fans to call in but we only do football, we don’t do music,”

He stated that while he has been busy expanding his sports agency business, his music has not suffered in the slightest because he continues to produce hits.
He said:
“My music hasn’t suffered, as a matter of fact, amidst all this I still put out probably the biggest rap song last year with Olamide. The music cannot suffer, I have my own fans and audience that I know how to serve and of course, they’ve been disturbing me”.
In addition, he speak about his newly released album, he said the album reflects on his present state of mind.
