Nigerian musician Divine Ikubor, professionally known by his stage name Rema has maintained his strong performance in the most recent UK Official Singles chart as his popular song “Calm Down” achieves a high mark.

Since its debut in 2022, Rema’s song “Calm Down” has received more than 10 certifications, making the claim that it is a global smash barely seem overstated.

The music video for the song “Calm Down” has received more views than any other afrobeats video in history and was the most played afrobeat tune of 2022.

Making history, Rema’s ‘Calm Down‘ becomes the second-highest charting Afrobeats song on Billboard Hot 100.

However, Rema’s “Calm Down” rises three spots from last week’s NO. 8 position to a new peak position of NO. 5 this week. The Selena Gomez popular remix has been on the chart for 26 weeks and is still doing well.
