Mavin boss Don Jazzy shared this win in a tweet.

Calm Down was released on February 20, 2022, and since then the song has amounted to large numbers for Rema. The song is the first in Afrobeats to reach the 100 million view milestone in less than five months.
Rema has now officially joined the ranks of artists like Davido, Wizkid, and Burna whose music videos have received more than 100 million YouTube views.
This is a huge win for the Jonzing artist who prophesied this day.
Recall that in 2021, Rema celebrated Davido after “Fall’ passed 200 Million views on Youtube.
“Fall” became the first Afrobeat video to surpass 200 million views on Youtube.
Rema reacting to the news took to Twitter to celebrate the DMW Label boss and praised him for achieving the milestone. He also revealed that the news made him inspired.
“Calm Down” is the fourth track off “Rave & Roses.”
Rema released his much-anticipated debut album, “Rave & Roses”, back in March.
Announcing the album’s release on Twitter, he wrote,
“Here’s a piece of my soul to you, my debut Album Rave & roses out now. Thank you for the love & support over the years now, RAVE relentlessly! #RaveAndRoses “
Speaking to Apple Music about the album, he says,
“I swear this album has different moods, different stories.”
He notes that every project holds different meanings to him asides from the story they tell and says, “it’s that bridge to bring the fans closer to Rema.”
