A year after celebrating with Davido, the new-age music phenomenon, Divine Ikubo, popularly known by his stage name Rema, has now joined the singer to achieve a new Afrobeats milestone.
The Mavin prince continues to record wins and achieve new accomplishments. Rema, the young Afrobeats ambassador, just unlocked an accomplishment that had previously only been attained by The DMW boss.
Recall, Rema had celebrated with the 30BG boss, Davido for grossing 200 million views with his Fall video.

However, The Mavin superstar has just made his own history by breaking a new YouTube record.
Rema’s “Calm Down” music video, which was released 245 days and eight months ago, reaches 200 million views. With this achievement, Calm Down surpasses 200 million views in the fastest time for an Afrobeats video.
It is also worthy to note that this achievement was clinched with the video to the original version of the song with Rema as the only act.
His international crossover remix featuring American singer Selena Gomez has received 65 million views as of this writing.
