“So many records to my name”– Rema says as he marks 4th Anniversary of his music debut
Divine Ikubor, better known by his stage as Rema, was ecstatic to mark his fourth year in the music industry.
The singer gained notoriety after releasing “Dumebi and in 2019, he would later sign to a record deal with Mavin subsidiary Jonzing World.
The Rave Lorde has now gone on to release other successful tracks, including Calm Down, Soundgasm, and Bounce.
To mark his fourth successful year in the industry, Rema posted new photos and expressed gratitude to his admirers on his social media timeline as he celebrated his accomplishment.
According to him, he has gotten so many records and accolades to his credit and an insane catalogue in a short period.
“4 years in the game, so many records to my name, catalogue insane, thanks for sticking w my crazy as now let’s go AGAIN! ,” he wrote.

The Mavin/Jonzing World signee smashed Wizkid’s solo lead billboard record with the current hit single “Calm Down,” demonstrating the progression and expansion of afrobeats.
Being one of the biggest crossover Afrobeats songs in history, “Calm Down” has now surpassed Wizkid’s “Essence” remix featuring Tems and Justin Bieber as the highest-ranking African single on the Billboard Hot 100.
