See What Reekado Banks Has To Say About His Former Label, Mavin Records’ New Album
Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, better known by his stage as Reekado Banks, has commented on the recently released Mavin all-star album “Chapter X.”
The gifted vocalist, who rose to prominence after signing with Mavin Records at the age of 21 in 2014 and left in 2018, is still in contact with the music produced by his former label.
Mavin Records, which is owned by Don Jazzy, released its first collaborative album, titled “Chapter X,” to mark the label’s ten-year anniversary.
The ten-track project, which was released on December 2nd, 2022, featured all its ten members: Don Jazzy, Big N Rema, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Magixx, Boy Spyce, Bayanni, Johnny Drille, and Ladipoe.
The body of work is a collaborative project that showcases the label’s top talent and a decade of music relevance.

It is a fact to note that Mavin Records has been the incubator and biggest hub for some of the biggest Afrcian music acts, launching the careers of artists like Wande Coal, Korede Bello, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks and many more.
Being a celebration of life and family, Chapter X brings together the label’s current roster of established and emerging superstars like Rema, Johnny Drille, Arya Starr, Crayon and others.
Taking to his social media, Reekado Banks commended the effort of the label on the album, describing the project as “amazing.”
He wrote:
