Mayorkun appears to have left DMW because he has released a new song under Sony Music, which has netizens wondering if he has left DMW.
Today, Friday the 20th of August, Mayorkun dropped his first single of the year titled “Let Me Know” and fans observed that on Streaming Platforms, the song was released under Sony West Africa.
This observation caused fans to worry about the state of his relationship with DMW Label and Davido.
The singer has been with DMW for a while now, but it looks like he might have left the label a few months ago because he was too quiet on social media and was rarely seen with DMW crew members as he used to be.
His latest song under Sony Music has led some internet users to believe that he has left DMW, which explains why he has been quiet and isn’t seen as frequently with the DMW crew.

It is also possible that he is still with DMW but currently distributes his songs under Sony Music.
However, it seems his relationship with Davido is good as the DMW Label took to Twitter to praise him by writing; “Mayor don’t miss”
