Portable buys Tinubu’s portrait to prove he’s a patriotic citizen.
In order to demonstrate his patriotism, popular Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, well known by his stage name Portable, has stirred reactions as he purchased a painting of President Bola Tinubu.
The Ogun State-born street-hop musician also bought the governor of his home state, Dapo Abiodun, in a portrait.
“That’s my president and governor,” Portable said.

The Zazuu star claims that after the vendor informed him of the price at which he was selling the picture frames, he decided against bartering.
In addition to giving the salesperson N11,500, he also paid money to two additional hawkers who approached him.
The musician said he will display the photos in his office once they left after hailing him.
