Cole Palmer of Chelsea has been another standout performer, despite his team’s struggles, and Morgan Gibbs-White of Nottingham Forest has earned recognition for his creative contributions.

Their remarkable five-match winning streak propelled them to second place, their best position this late in the season since 1994. Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth, unbeaten in December and known for their high-octane football, earned recognition after a notable win against Manchester United.
Finally, Eddie Howe of Newcastle led his team to four straight league wins, securing a Carabao Cup semi-final spot and maintaining an impressive defensive record.
These nominees reflect a highly competitive December, with standout individual and managerial performances setting the stage for an exciting second half of the season.
