Portable vows to arrest anyone who defames him online after bail release

Fresh out on bail, Nigerian street-hop sensation Portable isn’t holding back—he’s come out swinging against online trolls, threatening legal action against anyone who slanders his name on social media.
Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has issued a no-nonsense warning to internet users: defame him, and you might just end up behind bars.
The controversial artist made this declaration just days after being granted bail in a defamation case involving legendary Fuji musician Saheed Osupa.
Portable was initially remanded for failing to meet bail requirements but was released on Monday, April 14, 2025, after his lawyer, Isaac Adebayo, made an oral bail application during a court session in Kwara State.
Wasting no time after regaining his freedom, the self-proclaimed Zeh Nation boss took to social media with a fiery video, making it clear that he won’t tolerate anyone dragging his name through the mud.
He emphasised his readiness to involve law enforcement if necessary, especially targeting defamatory comments in the digital space.
This latest outburst adds another chapter to Portable’s ongoing war against cyberbullying, reinforcing his aggressive approach to protecting his reputation in the age of social media.
