Though Portable already holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from Kwara State Polytechnic, he revealed that his renewed interest in education stems from a desire to take full control of his career and record label.
He wants to sharpen his knowledge in areas like royalties, contracts, and music distribution—the behind-the-scenes mechanics that drive success in the modern music industry.
“Even though I already have an OND from Kwara State Polytechnic, I still want to further my education so I can understand my music royalties and business deals better, especially for my record label, Zeh Nation,” he explained.
According to Portable, this move isn’t about collecting another degree but about gaining the kind of insight that will help him manage Zeh Nation like a true industry professional. For him, education is now a tool for empowerment — a way to grow from being just a hitmaker to a savvy entrepreneur who fully understands his brand and business.
