Portable set to release new EP, ‘Ogo Wanted’

Portable is once again turning controversy into music with his upcoming EP, ‘Ogo Wanted.‘ The street-hop star, known for his raw and unfiltered approach to both life and music, appears to be channeling his recent legal troubles into his artistry.
The singer recently faced multiple charges, including conspiracy, assault, and weapons possession, leading to his arrest. After surrendering to authorities and pleading not guilty, he was granted bail set at ₦20 million, with strict conditions preventing him from discussing the case on social media. His trial is set to continue on March 5, 2025.
Despite the legal turmoil, Portable isn’t slowing down. He took to Instagram to announce ‘Ogo Wanted,’ teasing fans with a bold statement:
“Music money pass Yahoo. Zeh Nation, many inspiration.”
This declaration not only affirms his confidence in his career but also subtly distances him from internet fraud, a topic often debated in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the EP, expecting the usual high-energy beats, street-inspired storytelling, and fearless lyrics. Given Portable’s knack for using real-life experiences as creative fuel, ‘Ogo Wanted’ is shaping up to be another defining moment in his unpredictable career.
