Portable Stirs Fresh Controversy with New Diss Track Aimed at Lege Miami

Street-hop sensation Portable has once again sparked a storm online, not for a chart-topping single, but for firing shots at actor and online matchmaker Lege Miami in a newly released track.

The controversial singer, known for his unfiltered lyrics and chaotic public persona, took a swipe at Lege in the wake of a viral scandal surrounding an explicit video leak.

In the song, Portable belts out the line: “Wo ni Lege ma n soapy…” —a provocative dig layered with street slang, widely interpreted as an allusion to indecent conduct.

While the song has drawn chuckles from some fans who view it as typical Portable mischief, others have expressed concern about the artist’s growing dependence on controversy rather than creativity.

Critics argue that the Zazoo Zeh crooner, once praised for his streetwise hooks and vibrant style, is gradually becoming more known for online spats and viral feuds than for actual music evolution.

Rather than exploring fresh narratives or refining his sound, Portable’s recent songs have leaned heavily on public drama and trending names.

This latest release name-checks notable personalities like Seyi Tinubu and fashion mogul Seyi Vodi, adding more fuel to the fire and raising questions about whether he’s leveraging fame or simply chasing attention.

In a subtle yet composed response, Lege Miami posted a video quoting the legendary Fuji icon Ayinde Barrister, offering what many perceive as a veiled warning to Portable, without directly engaging in a war of words.

As the debate rages on about Portable’s artistic direction, fans are left wondering: is he building a lasting legacy with his music or simply riding the fleeting waves of internet drama?
