Controversial street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has once again stirred reactions online after publicly calling out one of the mothers of his children, actress Ashabi Simple, accusing her of being unfaithful.

In a lengthy and emotionally charged video shared on his Instagram page, the singer reacted angrily to a lawsuit reportedly filed against him by Ashabi.
Portable made it clear that he was upset by the legal action, stressing that the actress is not his legal wife and therefore had no grounds, in his view, to take the matter to court.
Visibly furious, the singer declared an end to whatever relationship they once shared, insisting that his responsibilities now extend only to their children.
According to him, their disagreement did not warrant legal escalation, especially given that no formal marriage ever took place between them.
“I am no longer interested in you and I can never love you again even if a knife is put on my neck. I didn’t marry you legally, so why are you taking me to court because we had a fight?. The only thing I owe you now is food money for the children.
I am done with you. In future, you will tell your children that you took their dad to court. I have never seen a woman forcing a man into marriage. I ran out of the mosque when the naming was about to be turned into Nikkah,” he stated.
The outburst has since sparked widespread debate across social media, with fans and critics weighing in on the ongoing drama surrounding the singer’s personal life.
As with many of Portable’s public disputes, the situation has once again drawn attention to the turbulent relationships and controversies that often trail the outspoken artist.
