Portable has turned to social media to express his outrage after being sprayed with fake money at his event in Shagamu, Ogun State.
Due to the persistent shortage of new naira notes in the nation, concertgoers have created their own currency notes to throw at musical performances all throughout the nation.
In a video posted on his social media page, Portable showed wads of customised money that his fans showered him with during his concert on Saturday night.
While bemoaning his loss, the Zazuu Crooner blamed the federal government for the scarcity of official naira notes.
Moreover, Portable urged Nigerians to maintain their safety in the face of the country’s ongoing unrest.
Captioning the video, he wrote;
