Nigerian music star Portable recently took to social media to share a distressing experience in which he was attacked and robbed by hoodlums at an event in Iju Ishaga.
According to Portable, he and his crew were performing when a group of men stormed the venue, causing chaos and assaulting them.
Portable reported that the attackers made off with his debit card, a friend’s two iPhones, and other valuables.
He also mentioned that some of his crew members are still missing after the attack. A video shared by Portable shows him being helped to sit on a couch after the assault.
The musician expressed his frustration, accusing the perpetrators, whom he referred to as “Egbon adugbo,” of being evil and ungrateful despite his efforts to show them love and give them money.
He also called on his associates to help retrieve the stolen items and locate his missing crew members.
Portable’s harrowing experience has raised concerns among his fans and the music community, highlighting the urgent need for improved security measures at public events.

The song’s release follows a widely publicized feud between the two artists, which began after a disagreement in Atlanta.
Portable’s decision to publicly criticize Davido has sparked a heated debate among fans, with many weighing in on the ongoing tension between the two.
“OriAde,” produced by Shocker Beatz, is now available under Portable’s ZEH NATION label.
Despite the controversy, Portable expressed his gratitude to his fans for their support and inspiration.
