Portable challenges Pastor Adeboye, calls him liar over 2025 prophecies
Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has openly disagreed with the recent prophecies delivered by Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), for the year 2025.
During the church’s crossover service held in Shimawa, Ogun State, Pastor Adeboye shared several prophecies for the upcoming year, warning that it would be a year many Nigerians would find difficult to endure. He emphasized that 2025 would be a “landmark year” and that the challenges ahead would be severe.
“The year 2025 will be unforgettable for Nigerians as many will be unable to endure and survive the challenges ahead,” Pastor Adeboye said.
He further stated that the year would witness the continuation of a strong and unsettling force, warning that earthly helpers would be replaced by heavenly helpers and that mockers would grow more aggressive. However, he noted that many of them would not survive the year.
“It’s unfortunate because God does not want the death of a sinner but for them to repent. But some people have made up their minds not to repent. Daddy says some towns and villages will shout victory at last,” he added.
However, Portable wasted no time in challenging the prophetic words of Pastor Adeboye. The outspoken artist took to social media to label the prophecies as lies.
He expressed his belief that such dire predictions were intended to instill fear rather than inspire faith.
Portable strongly declared that the ominous prophecies would have no bearing on him or his family. His reaction has sparked considerable conversation, as the singer, known for his fiery persona, continues to make waves with his controversial opinions.
