Portable boasts about his lawyers after being let out of prison.
After being released from prison upon complying with all the conditions of his bail, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, had a hot take about the importance of knowing competent lawyers.
Recall Mp3bullet.ng reported that Portable was charged with five counts of assault and theft after spending three days in jail.
Nonetheless, the musician was given bail by a high court in Ifo, Ogun State.
He was given a bail bond in the amount of N300,000 and was required to submit two sureties who owned landed properties close to the court.
Nonetheless, the court decided that the defendant should go to the Ilaro Correctional Facility while his bail conditions were being satisfied.
The case was adjourned till April 26 for the commencement of trial.
However, in a recent video, Portable offers counsel to Nigerians from the comfort of his parlour after his team of lawyers successfully executed the terms of his bail and got him out of jail in under two seconds.
In the video, Portable exhorts Nigerians to try to socialise with attorneys who are knowledgeable about the law, but that was just the beginning.
In a different video, Portable extols his supernatural grace following his release from prison.
