Portable slams Ogun state governor after accident
Popular Nigerian musician Portable has issued a strong message directed at Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun following an incident involving his Range Rover earlier today.
Portable’s car broke down due to the poor condition of a road within the state.
Taking to social media, the outspoken singer criticized the government’s neglect of infrastructure, contrasting it with the significantly better roads in the UK, where he recently returned from.
The exact details of the incident, including the location of the breakdown and the extent of the damage to Portable’s vehicle, remain unclear.

In a recent outburst, Portable alleges that he was swindled out of a staggering ₦18 million (around $43,000 USD), attributing the scam to his perceived illiteracy.
According to Portable, he only received ₦3.6 million (around $8,600 USD) but is now being held responsible for the entire ₦18 million.
Additionally, Portable claims to have faced repeated visa rejections, stating, “I was rejected at the embassy six times.” However, the specifics of the alleged fraudulent deal and the reasons for the visa rejections remain unclear.
Portable has not provided further details or named any parties involved in the scam or the visa issues.
“I was rejected at the embassy 6 times & duped because I looked like an illiterate. I only collected 3.6millon & I’m told to pay 18million. I’m still in debt”
