Portable calls out Unique Motors’ owner over automobile disagreement.
Nigerian street pop artist Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, has taken to social media to address his ongoing dispute with Adebiyi Adesina, the owner of Unique Motors.
On Saturday, January 6, 2024, the singer, who had previously served as an ambassador for the brand, expressed dissatisfaction regarding a Brabus G wagon he purchased from them that was later involved in an accident. Portable highlighted that he still possesses the documents for the vehicle and hinted at exploring an ambassadorial deal with another car company.
The Zazu king shared his frustration over the termination of his contract and the repossession of his Jeep, cautioning his fans to be vigilant when trusting others.
This development comes after the artist recently acquired a new car worth N30 million. The public airing of grievances on social media underscores the challenges that can arise in brand-ambassador relationships within the entertainment industry.
