Late Rapper DaGrin’s Photo Included on Sierra Leone’s Wanted List for Joining Recent Protest, Nigerians React
Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, also known as DaGrin, has been listed as wanted in Sierra Leone twelve years after his traumatic death.
Mp3bulllet.ng recounts that the Nigerian music industry lost a young, very talented star, Dagrin, in an automobile accident.
His car was involved in a collision with a stalled trailer (heavy-duty vehicle) in front of Alakara Police Station, off Agege Motor Road, Mushin, Lagos.
Dagrin, who was 26 years old as of then, passed away at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, LUTH, on Thursday, April 22, 2010, at precisely 6 of clock in the evening. On Friday, April 30, 2010, he was laid to rest at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault in the Atan Cemetery.
According to reports making the rounds on social media, DaGrin’s photo was included by the Sierra Leonean police on their wanted list for people who recently participated in a violent protest in their country.

DaGrin’s popular photo of him carrying a gun was spotted among the clusters of photos of wanted people.
A Twitter user named @Jeen_Yous shared the news online, and it soon became a trending topic for Nigerians.
In his caption, he wrote:
