Pheelz confesses that the “Durosoke” beat wasn’t initially meant for Olamide
Nigerian Producer/singer, Pheelz has opened up on the shocking truth about the beat for “Durosoke“, one of the many hits of Nigerian rapper, Olamide.
According to the “Finesse” crooner in an interview with media personality, Adesope, the beat for “Durosoke” was actually meant for Olamide in the initial stage.
He stated that he made the beat in Omole Estate in Lagos and that the beat was actually meant for Terry Apala but the Apala singer wasn’t feeling the beat.
He would later play the beat for Olamide who recorded it and released it as part of his “Baddest Guy Ever Liveth” album in 2013.
In his words;
“Crazy memories… Durosoke, I made the beat for Durosoke in Omole Estate, and I originally made the beat for Durosoke for Terry Apala… He wasn’t feeling it…and I played it for Baddo, he was like yeah, we will figure it out for sure’
