Nigerian Afrobeat star Fireboy DML’s smash tune ‘Peru‘ has debuted on the US Rhythmic Radio chart at number 52. This was revealed on January 4, 2022.
Nigerian sensational singer, songwriter and performer, Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML has hit a big milestone with his blockbuster single ‘Peru’ has debuted on the US Rhythmic Radio chart.
Recall, The Shizzi-produced song, which was first released as a freestyle, was received far better than expected, and as a follow-up, another version was made that featured English Grammy-winning act Ed Sheeran.

Fireboy recently made a statement with the song, garnering over four million views in two days and breaking into London’s top 25 apple music list, among other achievements.
According to Wikipedia, the Rhythmic chart (also known as Rhythmic Airplay and formerly known as Rhythmic Songs, Rhythmic Top 40, and CHR/Rhythmic) is a weekly airplay chart produced by Billboard magazine.
On January 4, 2022, it was announced by Fireboy’s management that the single had debuted on the US Rhythmic Radio charts, sitting at number 52.
