Paulo chides Burna Boy and Cubana Chief Priest for behaving like 10-year-old
Popular music promoter Paulo has waded into the heated online altercation between Afrobeats star Burna Boy and businessman Cubana Chief Priest, calling on both men to put an end to their public spat.
The feud began when Burna Boy referred to Cubana Chief Priest as “Owerri Rick Ross” in an Instagram story, a comment that quickly ignited a war of words between the two.
In response, Cubana Chief Priest shared throwback videos of Burna Boy performing at one of his events. One clip showed Burna Boy humorously asking for a piece of cake, saying, “Make men taste this cake na.”
Taking things further, Cubana Chief Priest mocked Burna Boy’s Grammy achievement, alleging that music mogul Diddy played a significant role in securing the award.
He wrote, “Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD. You never see anything, you and your bend down collect Grammy.”
As the online drama unfolded, Paulo took to his Instagram story to admonish the pair, urging them to rise above the public display of animosity. He reminded both men of their status, stating they are “too big” to engage in such behavior.
The exchange has sparked reactions from fans, with many siding with Paulo’s call for calm, while others continue to fan the flames of the feud.
With tensions running high, it remains to be seen whether Burna Boy and Cubana Chief Priest will heed Paulo’s advice and bring the ongoing clash to a close.
