Omah Lay’s last official independent release was in December 2023, a follow-up to his debut album “Boy Alone,” which featured collaborations with heavyweights like Justin Bieber and Tay Iwar.
Originally, the Port-Harcourt-born artist announced that “Moving” would be released on Friday, August 23, 2024. However, there appears to be a change of plans, as the song is now scheduled for an earlier release.
Taking to social media today, Wednesday, August 19, 2024, Omah Lay shared an exciting snippet of “Moving” while cruising in a drop-top car. The track, which is part of his upcoming album “Clarity of Mind,” will officially drop at midnight on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
The snippet reveals that “Moving” is an up-tempo Afro-fusion track, infused with popular log drum and bass guitar elements, and is already generating buzz as a potential fan favorite.
