Olamide unveils star-studded tracklist for upcoming album Olamide
Nigerian rap heavyweight and YBNL Nation boss Olamide has officially revealed the tracklist for his highly anticipated self-titled album, Olamide, set to arrive on June 19, 2025.
Accompanied by bold album artwork, the 17-track project boasts a compelling lineup of collaborators that spans genres, continents, and generations.
Among the standout features are Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, who appears on two tracks: Kai and Billionaires Club. Also making a double appearance is street-hop favourite Seyi Vibez, who teams up with Muyeez on Free and returns on 99 — an all-star anthem featuring Young Jonn, Asake, and Daecolm.
In one of the album’s most unexpected pairings, legendary U.S. producer Dr. Dre joins forces with Nigeria’s DJ Spinall on Indika, hinting at an ambitious sonic crossover. Other high-profile guests include British-Nigerian rapper Darkoo, Jamaican dancehall star Popcaan on Rain, BOJ on Stronger, and rising Nigerian act Fadi on Paris.
Track titles such as Prelude, Hasibunallah, Luvaluvah, Hybrid, and Lalakipo suggest a body of work that marries introspection, street grit, and sonic experimentation, true to the Olamide legacy.
This project promises a rich fusion of rap, Afrobeats, street-hop, dancehall, and international hip-hop, further solidifying Olamide’s genre-blending pioneer and cultural bridge-builder status. Known for consistently evolving his sound while nurturing emerging talent, the YBNL founder is poised to deliver yet another landmark release.
