Olamide gifts cash to young Nigerian creators after viral TikTok challenge

Nigerian rap icon Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide, has once again demonstrated his commitment to supporting rising talents by sending cash gifts to several young Nigerian content creators following a viral TikTok challenge.
The YBNL Nation boss had earlier called on aspiring streamers and skit makers to drop their account numbers (aza) in the comments section of a TikTok post. Staying true to his promise, Olamide sent unexpected money transfers to some participants, including content creators Peller, Zeez, Tunde Perry, and Malyk.
Shortly after receiving the gifts, several of the lucky recipients took to social media to express their gratitude and excitement. In their heartfelt videos, many admitted they didn’t expect a response, let alone receive money. They revealed that Olamide’s team had reached out privately and delivered the surprise support without fanfare.
The content creators also praised Olamide for his genuine support and continued efforts to uplift young talents in Nigeria’s entertainment scene.
Many described him as a consistent force of encouragement, citing his track record of mentoring and supporting stars like Fireboy DML and Asake.
Olamide’s latest act of generosity has earned widespread praise across social media platforms, with fans and fellow entertainers commending him for using his platform to empower emerging creatives.
This gesture is yet another reminder of why Olamide remains one of the most respected figures in the Nigerian music industry—not only for his musical prowess but for his unwavering dedication to giving back.
