Olamide apologizes after bouncer blocks Peller from meeting Asake at UK concert (Video)

Nigerian rap icon and YBNL founder, Olamide, has extended a personal apology to Peller following a backstage mishap at his London concert at OVO Arena.
The incident unfolded when an overzealous security bouncer reportedly pushed Peller aside, preventing him from meeting Asake, who was making his way to the stage.
In footage circulating online, the bouncer can be seen forcefully directing Peller into a lift area, effectively blocking his path.
Another clip later surfaced showing Peller being stopped from meeting Olamide himself backstage, sparking criticism from fans who questioned the security team’s approach and professionalism.
After noticing the videos online, Olamide reached out directly to Peller with a heartfelt apology. In his message, he wrote:
“Good morning, superstar. Forgive me for any inconvenience you might have gone through yesterday with the security. I just saw the video online now, when I woke up. Thanks for all you do for the culture, sending all my love.”
Fans and industry observers have lauded Olamide for his prompt response, praising him for taking responsibility and reinforcing the mutual respect he maintains with peers in the Nigerian music scene.
