I’ve Been Smoking Wêêd Since 11 Years Old – Odumodublvck
Nigerian hip-hop artist Odumodublvck has opened up about his history with smoking weed, revealing that he started using the substance when he was just 11 years old.
In a recent podcast session shared on X, the rapper, who is signed to Def Jam Recordings, shared his experiences with marijuana. He mentioned that he began smoking low-quality or “dumped” weed with a group of friends at the age of 11. However, it wasn’t until he turned 16 that he became a regular smoker.
Odumodublvck further revealed that he has smoked weed every day for approximately 14 to 15 years, with the exception of the day he had surgery. His candid remarks shed light on his longstanding relationship with the substance.

In other news, Odumodublvck has voiced his concerns about the lack of respect for the hip-hop genre and its artists in Nigeria.
In a recent interview with the CTRL Room, he recounted his experiences as a struggling artist when organizers didn’t offer him seats at award events.
The ‘Declan Rice‘ hitmaker also revealed that he once declined his team’s suggestion to collaborate with the afrobeats superstar, Davido, as a means to gain fame. Instead, Odumodublvck chose to align himself with UK grime rappers whose genre better suited his artistic vision.
