Nomfundo Moh gifts her mother a new house to celebrate her birthday
Nomfundo Moh who celebrated her mother’s birthday yesterday and also shared that they went on a birthday outing together has done a great thing again as she gifted her mother a new house as a birthday gift earlier today.
Taking to Instagram, Nomfundo posted a picture of herself standing in front of the house.
SuperStar Nomfundo Moh stated that her alarm woke up: “Aibo today, the Alarm woke me up and said “title deed girl wake up. angkaze ngthuke kanje, I’m wide awake as we speakAaaibo good morning wuwuwuwuwu”

It’s been heard that grace followed the release of Amagama, Nomfundo’s debut Afropop album, in January of this year. She is the second South African artist selected to take part in the platform’s flagship initiative that elevates the voices of gifted African women, joining DBN Gogo.
Nomfundo Moh revealed “Being part of Spotify’s Equal programme actually shows me that my talent, as a woman, is recognised and that there are people who are willing to help me. People who see my vision and ambition and people who want to put me on greater heights,” she also added that women should grab opportunities and use their superpowers.

Spotify’s head of music for sub-Saharan Africa, Phiona Okumu as well stated that the music streaming platform is committed to “finding and amplifying the voices of female African creators on the African continent has led us to find exceptional voices like Nomfundo, and the amazing talents before her, such as Ayra Starr, Amaarae and DBN Gogo. It is our hope that other young women creators see this as proof that their talents can and will be recognised and supported.”
Nomfundo’s career journey began when she joined her church choir and subsequently started covers of her favourite songs, which launched her career. Award-winning producer Naxion-cross created her debut track, “Lilizela,” which was released in 2020. She is influenced by musicians like Mthunzi, Amanda Black, and Ami Faku, all of whom are talented musicians who have successfully infused African music with their unique creative viewpoints.
