Niniola hints at possible joint project with sister Teni
Renowned Nigerian singer Niniola has teased fans with the possibility of a long-awaited collaboration with her sister, Teni. Speaking during a recent interview with Hip TV, the award-winning artist confirmed that the project is already in motion.
“It’s in the works already, so just stay close,” Niniola revealed, fueling excitement among fans who have eagerly anticipated a musical partnership between the Akpata sisters.

Niniola, celebrated for her unique blend of House music and afrobeats, has enjoyed a stellar career spanning over a decade. With chart-topping hits like ‘Maradona,’ ‘Omo Rapala,’ and ‘Addicted,’ she has cemented her place as one of Afrobeats’ most distinctive voices. Her powerful vocals earned her the Headies Award for Best Female Vocal Performance in 2020 for her single ‘Addicted.’
Teni, on the other hand, has described Niniola as her inspiration and credited her older sister as the reason she ventured into music. Known for her infectious melodies and compelling songwriting, Teni has delivered iconic hits like “Case,” ‘Askamaya,’ and ‘Uyo Meyo.’ Her accolades include the Headies Record of the Year prize, solidifying her reputation as one of Afrobeats’ finest talents.
