Omah Lay sparks outrage after he offered Foreign Lady VIP Access to his show

Omah Lay angers Nigerian fans by offering Foreign Lady who complained of his Afronation performance VIP Access to his event.
Music Star, Omah Lay have gotten in the bad book of his Nigerian fans after he offered VIP Access to a foreign lady who complained about his performance at the Afronation.
Recall that a video of a foreign lady who narrated her observation about the day one of the Afronation concert went viral on Twitter.
In the video, the lady complained about the sound and performances of Rema and Omah Lay complaining that their delivery was subpar.
In her words;
“My honest opinion about Afro nation day 1 from an artist… Beautiful place, amazing energy but my biggest criticism of this festival so far, my beautiful West African artist especially Omah Lay, partly Rema, why are you not singing?
“We came to see you live You’re a vocalist, your main instrument is your voice. we pulled up all the way to come and hear that voice live, because we love what your voice sounds like on recording. Now we want hear you do it live, and see the thing…”.

In reaction to the video, Omah Lay expressed his regret and gave the reason why he could not do the show with sound from his IEM.
He wrote;
“Apologies to you and all the fans that feel this way. I woulda loved to give you better but I had to do this entire show without hearing myself cuz I wasn’t provided with sound on my IEM
I’ve been on the road almost every other night since March and it’s been ???? but challenges pop up and we choose to either do the best we can or not perform at all
Apologies once again. I’m still on tour and if you happen to be in any of the cities I’m coming to, I’d like to make it up to you with VIP access. Hmu!”
However, his apology gained outrage from Nigerian fans who claimed they would have been tagged haters if they were to be the ones who made the video.
The tweet where Omah promised the lady VIP Access as compensation gained more outrage as many fans felt insulted that the same issues they have been complaining about have fallen on deaf ears while a foreign person gets compensation just after one complaint.
Check out some of the reactions;
If it was a Nigerian she will be tagged an "Hater" but now she's getting rewarded for saying her opinion, when you come to the world, if there is a second time, pls don't be a Nigerian.
