Nigerian man shares the true story on why Portable was sprayed fake money at his Ogun show
A Nigerian man has opened up on why controversial street hop singer, Portable was sprayed fake money at his Ogun show.
Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Portable had taken to social media to lament about the fake money that was showered on him at his event in Shagamu, Ogun State.
While bemoaning his loss, the Zazuu Crooner blamed the federal government for the scarcity of official naira notes.
However, a Nigerian man by the name of Adedeji quoted the video of Portable ranging and explained what really happened.
According to him, he sprayed most of the fake notes and that Portable was meant to redeem them for real money from the show organizers.

He said this was due to the show organizers not wanting eventgoers to deface the new Naira note.
Adedeji said that Portable refused to change the fake money for real ones because he didn’t want to rip and instead went home with the fake ones.
“I sprayed this guy half the notes he’s holding and he was meant to redeem them for money because the organizers of the event didn’t want people spraying the Naira and defacing it.
He said he didn’t want to be ripped so he went home with the notes after constituting a nuisance.”
