Whatever you think of the cute dimpled artist, he is definitely a favourite of Obama as he has appeared on the Former US President’s Summer playlist on several occasions.

In that year, Wizkid appeared on the summer playlist with his H.E.R-assisted “Smile” and in the end-of-year music playlist, his global hit song, “Essence” was the only Nigerian song to make the cut.
Tems
Tems first appeared on the 2020 Summer Playlist thanks to her feature on Khalid’s “Know Your Worth” remix while at the end-of-year list she appeared on it as a result of her assisted collaboration, “Essence”.
In 2022, she made it to the summer playlist again but this time with her solo song, “Vibe Out”.
