The multi-award-winning singer tops the list with three songs raking over 100 million views.

Also, he has become the first Nigerian artiste to have such a number of streams for two songs in the same year.

Davido
Davido makes history with his 2017 hit track “Fall” which is currently basking 196million streams.
Unlike Wizkid, Davido gained his in the year 2018 with Fall and he emerged as the first Afrobeat artiste to achieve such.
Also, the song placed him as the Nigerian artiste with the most viewed Nigerian music video.
Likewise, “If” on the other hand also set a record, racked up an impressive 100million views.
Currently, it has an estimated 123million streams and still counting.
Burna Boy
Popular African giant is not an African giant for nothing, with a record of two songs surpassing 100million views.
While he was yet celebrating the 100million streams for his song “On The Low” in February 2020, little did he know he will end up celebrating the year achieving such a feat with more than one song.
Towards the latter part of 2020, his hit 2019 song “Ye” also surpassed 100 million streams on YouTube.

Yemi Alade
The popular songstress is the first Nigerian female afrobeat singer to achieve this!
While she retains her Mama Africa title, it should be noted that no other female Afrobeat artiste has attained this number of streams on YouTube.
Her hit song “Johnny” released in 2014 attained this number of streams on January 27th, 2019.
It was a moment of celebration for Yemi Alade and her fans.
Moreover, “Johnny” was the second Nigerian music video to clock 100 Million views on Youtube.
Korede Bello
Last year Mavin Records singer Korede Bello joined the list of Afrobeat artiste to attain 100 million streams with his smash song “ Do Like That“.
The music video was released in November 2016, and produced by DJ Altims.
While it is the singer’s first song to attain such, it is noteworthy to know he is also the first artiste under his record label to celebrate such achievement.
