    Nasty C is close to becoming the greatest African rapper of all time

    Nasty C has been on the frontline and a forerunner in the hip-hop genre, representing a whole continent on the global stage,  however, as regards the purity of his flows, suiting sharp voice, distinctive range, and choice of context, his career currently suggest this note ‘Nasty C on the threshold of All-time Best Rapper In Africa’

    His birth name ‘Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo‘ popularly known as Nasty C is a South Africa Rapper, record producer and songwriter, he steadily infiltrates the main stage around 2014, before his debut album titled ‘Bad Hair’ a 15 tracks project in 2016 after dropping 2 mixtapes and 2 EP simultaneously, In a space of short time Nasty C was able to make a worldwide statement and on the threshold of All-time Best Rapper In Africa.

    In 2018 he released his second studio album titled ‘Strings and Bling, with a couple of singles and features to solidify his consistency.

     

    Nasty C took the world by surprise with the exceptionally fast pace in a short time, from steadily dropping of hard projects to inter dominance with hit songs, selling outside of the country to the world, he singlehandedly reinvented trap-infused as a subgenre.

    South Africa has a couple of different hip-hop artiste as well as other originated style of music, its, therefore, a very competitive hip-hop market, rappers like AKA, Casper Nyovest has been on their peak and to date still keeping it locked,

    In 2020 he signed to Def Jam Records, joining the likes of Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Logic, Big Sean, Kanye West, Nas, 2 Chainz, Teyana Taylor, YG, Dave East, Jeezy, Jeremih, Valee, Lady Gaga,  Pusha T, Amir Obè, Fabolous, Krept and Konan, Desiigner. 

    Also in 2020, he released his third studio album via Def Jam Records titled ‘Zulu Man with Some Power’ with guest artistes like T.I., Ari Lennox, Lil Keed, Lil Gotit, and Rowlene.

    In February 2021, he delivered a great performance at the American television sitcom ‘The Ellen Show’ #blackandwhite #coming2america edition featuring Ari Lennox. 

    Nasty C recently performed and freestyle on Chris Brown and Wizkid’s popular song “Call Me Every Day,” which supports his claim to be the best rapper in Africa thus far.
